For different corrosion resistance needs, our 18650 battery contact springs offer professional grading: various material combinations can pass 24, 48, or 72-hour neutral salt spray tests respectively. Each plated batch includes a solderability test report, ensuring excellent performance.

They are characterized by their secure spring retention, high verticality, and superior metal flatness. Furthermore, these contacts demonstrate excellent weldability and have passed a rigorous 24-hour neutral salt spray test, guaranteeing reliability and longevity.
Bridge-type riveted battery contacts are produced using self-developed automated intelligent equipment.
